Design Projects

I've been working on some projects the last few months, and I'd like to share them with my family.

These are quotes that I did for Evan to give to his Young Men and the Bishop. They got printed 8.5x11 inches and framed.

This one was a birthday present for my mother-in-law. Right after Christmas I found a really cool silver lattice frame. It's a big frame, but only has a small place for a 4x6 photo. I couldn't find a picture of the real one but this one is similar:
So this is the quote I printed to go inside the frame. (It's a quote from Ruth — get it? 'Cause she's my mother in law.)

This was a baptism invitation that a lady in Oklahoma commissioned for her son. It was printed 5x7.

This one I did for Evan's sister-in-law's father's birthday. I feel like I know her dad 60 times better now. It was printed on 11x17 cardstock.

Stephanie put me in touch with Jill Vandemerwe (now Peterson) who lived in Cincinnati (and now lives in Arizona) and is the Girls Camp Director. She wanted one of the designs I'd done for Stephanie in 2013.  T-shirt designs are about 9 inches.

Then I did Stephanie's Girls Camp shirt. It's space themed! This one is my favorite (it's the same font as the Mother-in-Law quote), but the Cincinnatians are still deciding the final one over on Facebook.

After I sent out my Christmas card, Aunt Barbara wrote back and asked me if I could design a landmark poster for Dordrecht, Netherlands, where her parents are from. The landmark I picked was this giant church that's 500 years old. Turns out, Barbara's parents were married there! This one is printed on 11x17 cardstock.
And finally, I made a wedding card for Mom & Dad to give to our cousin John Soderborg after they remodeled his bathroom. Stephanie says I should sell it and market it to plumbers who attend weddings or people who attend plumbers' weddings. I searched Etsy for "wedding card congratulations toilet" and there are only 2 other cards, and mine is way better than either of them.
