Google Earth: Whose child is this?

We were playing around on Google Earth and looked up Mom and Dad's house and found a kid on the front porch! We don't know who it is but a clue is the blue van parked in front of the neighbors. It's definitely someone from our family because those wreaths are Mom's, however, the cars in our drive way are the green Astro Van and two Oldsmobile Intrigues. That should give some clues that it's a few years old.

Bushes at the Temples

Looky-looky who came all the way from Utah to visit us!

Well, OK, so they were actually going to the Tucson Arizona Temple Open House, and we just happened to be on the way. We had a lot of fun since our kids mostly match up in ages. We had pizza, went swimming, played board games, and talked into the night. What a great visit!

Stitching Project

I found this picture online and wanted to make some thing like it for Josie.

So I traced it and stitched it and marked it with a J

And this is how it turned out!

There were lots of mess ups and lots of things I stitched on that I had to pick off. I had to re-do the circle around the J a few times because I didn't love the first few things I tried. Some times I wish stitching was a little more like Jan's graphic design....if you don't like where it's placed, you just click it and move it. Or hit a button and it's gone. But in the end, it was fun and rewarding and I love it.

I also stitched this for a friend's baby shower. It matched her baby room motif.

And now some pictures of Josie.

And one picture from our Seattle trip to see Mark and Cadence. This was on the pier in Bremerton on our date night. Mom and Dad watched the kids so we could have a night on the town. It was so fun!

Last one. Look who greeted me at the bank drive thru! Ken, Becca, Lucy, and Lisa Clark. Well I quickly gave this bank all my love and my money.
