Sewing projects and potty training

I'm not very good at taking pictures and arranging it but here's an update on our family life. -Cadence

Sewing:
Flannel nightgown for Zephyr. She picked out the fabric, and I picked out the trim. Made with a vintage pattern that looks like one that I wore when I was 7.

An apron for painting and cooking. The red will hide stains, or at least that is my hope.

Reading:
Zephyr's current favorite is Raggedy Ann. Pictured below is "Soup Day."

Cooking:
Want to make a GIANT batch of curry? This recipe calls for eight onions. http://wearenotfoodies.com/the-secret-to-making-restaurant-style-curry-at-home/

What happens when Beau gets a hold of a yellow bell pepper.

Potty training:

Beau's bedroom potty station.

It began January 3rd.  Yesterday was the first day of having underwear on. The first few days were hands on, but now if he needs to pee he just does it all by himself and comes to tell me he has gone! Beau, when it is flushed, "Bye poo poo! See you later!" (FYI books I am using: Diaper-Free Baby, Potty Train in a Weekend.)

Well, that's about it. Beau just came and said, "poo poo" so I need to go check on that...
